Meet Nathan Dreyfuss, Del Norte County's Top Realtor for 15+ acre land sales in the past year :: A man with a keen passion for undeveloped, rural, off-grid land. Nathan had a degree in computer science, an IT career, and bought his first home at the age of 20, yet he felt a void so he exiled himself into the wilderness.
An epiphany rooted in Nature led him to his new career: investing in and developing timberland and other rural/off-grid property. More than 15 years later, Nathan Dreyfuss is not just a real estate entrepreneur and developer, but also a passionate and dedicated off-grid homesteader.
After working land from West Virginia to the PNW, Nathan stumbled across Del Norte County, CA and decided to root himself in its culture. He's not alone; our area attracts so many who decide to stay, including his loving wife, who also moved here from afar. Now with children, they find peace in providing their family with a true natural sanctuary.
