Located just one block west of the beautifully renovated Veterans Memorial Building of Eureka, this former church is home to a world of potential! The modest 1025sf building was formerly used as a commercial office and storage building, and is home to a Waltz Safe & Lock Company cast-iron wall safe. The antique safe has a twin set of double doors with the interior doors featuring a highly detailed, hand-painted landscape of the historic Cliff House and Seal Rocks in San Francisco as it appeared in the late 19th century along with massive redwood trees and even has the original wooden dividers and a built-in cash box. All of this sits on a 0.16 acre, high density lot with utilities already on site for those looking to capitalize on its highest and best use.
